1. About these terms

BRB Draft is an independent software tool made and operated by Mark Webber, a sole proprietor in Washington State, USA ("we," "us"). By downloading or using BRB Draft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What BRB Draft is, and is not

BRB Draft lets you control your own League of Legends champion select from your phone. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Riot Games. It works with the League client through a local interface that Riot does not officially support. Riot may change that interface at any time, which may break or remove features without notice. We do not promise that BRB Draft will always work, or work with any particular League version.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use BRB Draft only on your own PC, your own League account, and a network you trust, such as your home Wi-Fi.
• Follow Riot Games' own terms and rules for League of Legends. You are responsible for how you use BRB Draft with your account.
• Do not use BRB Draft to access another person's computer or account, to guess PINs, or to interfere with other players or with Riot's services.
• Keep your PIN and your alert topic private.

4. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BRB Draft for your own use. You may share a link to this website, but you may not sell, rent, or repackage BRB Draft. We keep all rights in BRB Draft. Riot Games and its properties belong to Riot Games, Inc.

5. Free and paid features

BRB Draft is free during the early release. We plan to offer a paid plan, BRB Draft Plus, at $2.99 a month or $15.99 a year, and a free tier that includes accepting matches. Before any charge begins we will post the details on this website, including the price, billing period, and what is included. Paid plans will be sold by Paddle, which acts as the seller, under Paddle's own checkout terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice. Taxes may be added where required. See our refund policy.

6. No warranty

BRB Draft is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future League updates.

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost accounts, ranks, rewards, data, or profits, arising from your use of BRB Draft, including because of actions taken by Riot Games. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for BRB Draft in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

8. Ending use

You can stop using BRB Draft at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access to BRB Draft or any paid plan if you break these terms, if the law or Riot Games requires it, or if we stop offering it. If we end a paid plan other than because you broke these terms, we will refund the unused part of your paid period.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for meaningful changes, post a notice on the home page. Continuing to use BRB Draft after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
