Refund policy

Right now

Paid plans have not started, so nothing is charged. Every feature is free during the early release. This policy applies when paid plans begin.

14-day refund

If you buy BRB Draft Plus, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason. Email support@brbdraft.com with the email address you used to buy, and we will arrange the refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Our payment provider, Paddle, processes them, and your bank may take a few days to show the credit.

Cancel any time

• Monthly plan: cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Yearly plan: cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and you are not charged again.

To cancel, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us and we will cancel it for you.

After 14 days

After the first 14 days, we do not give partial refunds for a period you have already paid for, except in the cases below or where the law requires it.

If a League update breaks BRB Draft

BRB Draft depends on a League client interface that Riot can change. If an update breaks a paid feature and we cannot fix it within 30 days, write to us and we will refund the unused part of your paid period.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live.
